How to create ebook in PDF format?

    I want to start to create my own ebooks product.But I'm searching the sofware to create the ebook in PDF format and also the software that create the ecover.

    Can anyone recommend which software should i use?

    CutePDF works well. Create the ebook in word, then print to the CutePDF printer and save the file. Works well and is free.

    I use OpenOffice to save files as PDF. You can get it from openoffice.org.
