How to create dependent events in jquery?

    in following website if i move mouse over 'You Give" then 'You Get" block automatically changes. how can i achieve this functionality in Jquery. is there any plugin available which givees this king of outpt..

    Additional Details

    i think this functionality can be achieved by mouseover() event. but i am not much familiar with JQuery.
