How to create comment box (like in blogger)?

    Hi i have a website and I want to add a "comment box" below all of my articles (take a look into blogger.com, they have this feature). How to do that? And it is possible to add it in html?

    yeah, something like that. Just similar to comment box in blogspot (or wordpress).
