    I recommend using wordpress for the blog and a plugin called autocontentgenerator. I use both of these on my medical news blog I think they are exactly what you are looking for.

    You might also be talking about WP-AutoBlog. It is a Wordpress addon that automaticly gets content from RSS feeds. It gives you the option to give FULL copyright to the original owner or not.

    do you have a word press blog installed?

    If you do there are a number of links in the admin panel to find add ons and google search comes up with plenty you just need to install and configure them but watch out for scripts which take over your blog and disable your access, this happended to me recently I got through it by editing sql but its still limited in what you can do. Look for open source if you can its better
