you can go to articledashboard to download the script,or you can use wordpress,they have one template suit for article directory.

You can use phpld, I just have one, link directory and Article Directory , look at my free link directory: linkdirectory101.info . Phpld is paid, if you want to get for free, give somebody who has phpld a message.
