How to create an offline MySQL PHP 4.4.3 environment?

    For a redesign of my site, I was wondering if it is possible to create a MySQL PHP 4.4.3 environment on a windows XP machine? This way I do not have to do a live update.

    You can easily install Apache, PHP and MySQL by downloading each software yourself.

    Or you can try WampServer as YIAM told. There is another popular all in one package - http://www.easyphp.org

    WampServer contains PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin, SQLiteManager every thing you need.

    I tried 3 different tools. All 3 are not working as they shoud. Probally because of my lack of knowledge. So I am just going to do it online anyways.
