How to create an enquiry form module?

    This is simplest thing to do in Joomla...Just install any extension which matches your requirement.

    Not sure which J version you are using, but one component which is free and has worked well for me is aicontactsafe. It comes as a component with a module, making it easy to add your form to a page. It's quite powerful and will let you create a custom inquiry form. Nonetheless I would first look to see if the core contact component can do what you need.
