I would suggest do a google search on keyword email marking campaign... and see if you find any sensible tips, check youtube vedios also by timing the same keyword in the search box... you'll be surprise how many how to videos pop up... There is also another site that's very popular in helping u find stuff... do a google search for keyword ehow or how stuff works and you'll find the site. I gain alot of great info from those popular sites .... maybe that could help out.
I suggest you use a service such as Aweber. There are many tutorials on the website itself to show you how to setup a squeeze page, send mass emails to your list, and how to track everything. It is only a dollar for the first month if you do not already use it.
to start an email marketing , you need to look for email marketing system available. Some is free but some need to paid. But i suggest you to spend some money on buying email marketing system/tools. Why ? Because those email marketing tools able to help you manage your database email easily. You can create lot list with different group and you can send it by selecting groups. Beside that email marketing system allow you to track how many ppl open your mail , click on the link and bounce rate. You need those detail and result to improve and measure your marketing results.
