    try gamesalad I have developed hundreds of ios and android apps but yes you will need to learn how to code and access to a mac if you want to be a serious app developer.

    Probably learn C++ ...... and find a compiler.............

    This looks like a language worth learning as it is cross-compatible with IOS and android.

    Android apps are usually Java based or now it is called Kotlin, which a new language but also executed by JVM. You can use InteliJ (paid) or Eclipse. The last one is free.
