I have integrated Paypal to my pay page with just click pay now button.

People can choose to pay with credit or debit card if they do not have an account. It's all on the same page/system as when it asks you to login to complete the payment.

Also ensure you have a premier/business account so you can accept card payments.

You can use your personal email account to receive upto 5 credit/debit card payments
To lift this limit, use premier or business PayPal account.

The other alternative is to get a fully-fledged merchant account set up, so you can accept VISA and other credit/debit cards directly. There are various merchant account providers out there, some of which are geared up to smaller users. Alternatively, talk to your own bank, who at least know you - they may be able to price-match any deal you find on the internet.

As ceemage say, there are plenty of merchant account and payment gateway providers out there, however, it might be overkill to go for a merchant account if your business isn't doing more than a few hundred dollars. A good alternative until you have grown your business is 2co.com reliable and safe.
