How to create a video sitemap?

Hi All:

Recently i had a worked on a video site. Basically this site gets the videos from you tube and plays them here. I have done some basic things for SEO like sitemap,robots and Direcory submission. Suddenly the client asking me to create the video sitemap for the site. As i am newbie, i dont know how to do it.

Can anyone tell me how create a video sitemap for youtube videos?

The problem is your videos are located on external source. (And yes, there is video sitemaps.) I don't think Google will accept videos located on 3rd party hosts? But I don't know for sure. I guess I should test that some day.

I just tested it on www.xsitemap.com and it is making a sitemap of your pages by category: Fun Videoz; General Videoz ...

Is this what you mean?

I don't think any script will do better as as someone else said you are not hosting the videos.

Actually Video Site map helps to displays the thumbnail image beside the search result when you search on Google.

You can also try newest version of A1SG which updated its support for video sitemaps. But it requires you host videos yourself.
