How To create a social bookmarking Site

    I want to create a social bookmarking site . I don't know which cms i should have to use.I have used wordpress blog and i can create a wordpress site and adding any plugins .
    Help me to create this .
    Which CMS is good ?
    Where To get Socill bookmarking Templates ?
    Is Their plugins to use in creation of social bookamrking sites or not ?
