    That tool doesn't add URLs in your sitemap if they are more than 500.

    That is used to SUBMIT sitemap not generate sitemap. If you want to create free unlimited sitemap with ALL links, you can use this tool here: http://www.sitemaps-builder.com/ which is just one of the free tools available! :)
