how to create a pop up window (that is unblockable)

    It depends if you mean a pop up or if you mean a lytebox-powered new window, which is much in vogue right now for submission forms?

    I searched for this kind of popup before. Seem like only DHTML popups are unblockable.

    Yes, that's because they aren't really popups. It just tells the browser to display a div box. All the popup blockers are made to block new windows from opening.

    Yes, you can. I think javascript can access cookie information but you can code it in php so that if the cookie exists then the popup code isn't displayed.

    I hate them. I close my browser and have in the past spammed the absolute crap out of the site owner with a little PHP script I wrote when I have to use the site for whatever reason. I leave it sitting there hidden in the public eye sending emails out at times when conditions are met...

    There are pop-up blockers like that for a reason - people don't like them.

    I will continue to spam sites that use them.

    I found a great site show dhtml code with very nice look , it's popin builder
    but when I download the code , he make it encrypted and when I tried to use the html decoders available online the script didn't work
