I'm not sure if this is the right area to post this question but anyway.. I have some websites where i promote an adult-dating website, on all websites i have a pop-up chat windows that pops up after 5 seconds on the website. I wonder how create a pop-up like this, as i want to promote another website. Example: It dont mather if it is an text area or just an image of an chat-text i just need a way to get it there. Thanks!
