maybe just get someone at fiverrr.com to do it. Map it out in photoshop, get text and everything ready and sent it over to fiverr for 10 bucks or so, to someone who offers doing one page websites. if you need any help shoot me a pn
Well I would recommend just to get started and to maybe split test, using 90ssp because for one its free and very easy to use and they walk you through the process of making a squeeze page step by step. Even if you don't use them you could get ideas on how to format a landing page.
Free site's landing page is not a solution, you will face limitation on free sites. I suggest you to register a domain name & use wordpress to host your sales page. if i where you i would create a squeeze page in your niche that way you can do the work once and sell over and over again. do a google search for high converting squeeze pages.
if you know you can figure out how to use css templates, then I encourage you to use it when you will be promoting your ads via ppc..
