How to create a hierarchy archive like in blogger?

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone has a script or a tutorial
that could show me how to make a hierarchy archive like the blogs
on blogger have. I just want a hierarchy from year, month, post. If
you don't know what I'm talking about this blog has a hierarchy archive:
