I want to create profile for my business on google profile like this https://profiles.google.com/sbnewswire/about and also want to know is there any difference between 'google profile' and 'google+ profile' ?
When you create a google + account you can then create google+ for business pages from there. e.g. It has to be linked to a google+ account. That link you see is to a profile for a google business account (not google plus). My google plus page has this link (for example) http://profiles.google.com/tim.buchalka/about It redirects to my google+ account because I have one. Hope this helps. Cheers
A google profile is one which you are using for all google product. To see google profile please login to igoogle.com. Then after you can switch to all google product including google+ .
I am providing you link which is very useful for us... http://blog.hubspot.com/blog/tabid/6307/bid/28624/How-to-Create-a-Google-Business-Page-in-5-Simple-Steps.aspx
Great list. But #6 is wrong. If someone follows you they can see any public information you output in their stream (you don't need to add them to any circle for this to happen). The only reason to add them is if you want to see their content in your stream or to put them in a particular circle if you send information to just that circle. Cheers Tim
Yes if some one having you in circle and you are providing content on web then your content will be on higher rank then others so try to increase your fan following on Google businesses pages
Once you log into your Google+ account you can then set up a Brand page. As be sure to set up direct connect for your brand page, this will help your page show up in the search engines when people google your brand. If you don't know how to set this up just do a quick google search on it or get a guide for it.
Since you have got the answer; just wanted to tell you that you can also create a +1 button for your site at http://www.google.com/webmasters/+1/button/. When creating a 'Google+ button' gadget, try to use your Google+ profile in the URL and not your original website address.
I think Google is migrating to Google plus profiles from Google profiles. same done to Blogger profiles and they are turing to one user profile nowadays.
