How to create a gently slide with two pictures?

I do not know where to questions I asked, just for the admin put in position.

I need help rather than master of the master here, I plan to make a picture, when being moved so the picture will change gradually.

note one by one then if it is shifted to the end picture will change.

 

You could make a gif in photoshop?

Or if you are making a website perhaps slidejs would be easy to use or you could just do something simple with jQuery http://www.slidesjs.com/

Or maybe you are making a video with pictures? Try to be more clear and the easier it is to answer your question.
