How to create a GA profile pulling in (i) subdirectory AND (ii) 3rd party subdomain traffic

Hello, I have a problem that I have been trying to fix for what seems like many hours without success... I am hoping one of you knowledgeable people will be able to help!!

The website I am talking about has three distinct sections, which are as follows:

    egsite.com - non-specific pages
egsite.com/location1 - relevant to one location
    egsite.com/location2 - relevant to a different location

The sections for each location link to two separate subdomains of a 3rd party transactional website. Let's call these:

    1. location1.transactionalsite.com
    2. location2.transactionalsite.com

I am trying to set up two new profiles (or 'views') in Analytics, so that I can isolate visitors for each location, i.e.:

    1. egsite.com/location1 and/or location1.transactionalsite.com ONLY
    2. egsite.com/location2 and/or location2.transactionalsite.com ONLY

Each profile would essentially make it appear as if each location subdirectory and 3rd party subdomain were a single site - and not have data from the generic part of the site, or indeed the other location.

So far, I have been able to set up 2 profiles - one which contains visits to the /location1 subdirectory; the second does the same for the /location2 subdirectory.

However, it has proven to be a challenge to include traffic to the 3rd party subdomain as well.

I am not overly techy (hence the reason I haven't sorted this on my own!) so would appreciate some advice from somebody who has done this sort of thing before.

    Thanks,

    Mark
