How to Create a form that brings to different pages

    Hi,

    I would like to create a 2 question form on my website, and for every variation entered,
    I want to send the site visitor to a different web page.

    How can this be done?

    I am not sure if this is the correct thread so if not - please point me in the right direction

    Yes - 2 drop down menus, where the user picks one option per menu and clicks "submit" and gets directed to a new page
    (according to his choices)

    Rather then having drop down why don't you cerate one more menu it will be very user friendly
