    Whenever you visits any facebook page ....
    You will find the text : create a page ....
    Click on the create a page ............
    that's it.

    WAY : 2
    From last some time i have noticed whenever you visit any fanpage in the left advertisement side bar , you can check the ad of Create a page or create your Page.

    Not a big deal. FB provides it at the site easily with the create page in which you can image, photos and much more. Just go in the option. Do tell if u find success.
