How to create a Domain Reseller Account?

    Hello, I have seen many domain reseller sites, like www.shoutmydomain.com, registerdomains.lenovohost.com. I want to create a domain reseller site like them, in which a client registers a domain under me, the WHOIS lookup for that domain show "Registration service by XYZ" where XYZ is my company name. Where can I create this type of Domain Reseller Account? Any Trusted and Cheap site?
