    Domain authority is not a metric used by google and has no effect on the SERPs. If you want to rank higher - focus on quality native backlinks. Penguin filter out websites that use 'quickly' and 'non quality' backlinks strategies.

    The thing is you don't need to create Domain Authority. When you buy a domain, Domain Authority is automatically created. Yeah, it maybe zero but its present alright.;):cool:
