how to create a bootable usb to install windows 8

I have Windows 8 DVD and laptop with DVD and I want to create bootable usb to install Windows 8 at other laptop without dvd. How to do that?

This is not the right answer and I already know thatand I also tried few but those don't work that's why I posted here.

What happens sometimes is that you do not get relevant information on Google's first page. I would suggest you to check results that come on further pages (pg 2,3,4,5,6 etc.). Try using different search queries. Also, check the list of related searches that appear at bottom.
The best way I think is to download and use a software/program that can do it for you.
Let me know if anything works. I will post here if I find a solution.

You might want to check out PowerISO. They have an option to create bootable USB from an ISO file.
