I am looking to create a few identical websites for testing purposes. They need to have thousands of articles, RSS and some adsense on them. I want it to look something similar to healthduo.com (just a site I saw recently) I want to make a few of them exactly the same just with different domain names. Maybe a zip file with contents I can just throw on my server and insert a logo. What is the easiest/cheapest way to do this?

Im being misunderstood here. I just want a few bs article sites that I can play around with as I am new to this whole thing. Im not looing to make any money at all with these website, just want to mess around a bit. Im looking at purchasing and/or creating an actual website with content and cash but for now I was just thinking about screwing with a template and practice some things.
