If some blog or site have a good content but it doesn't have a PR then it should not be a quality backlink?

 

According to Google, it's black hat if you purposely build a link. But we don't care what Matty and his boys think, so I suggest writing some articles on Squidoo, HubPages and similar sites and then using SENUKE XCR to back link those sites and promote them.

Now...in order to help your site rank better, I would go and find some websites with high PR and pay them to give you a link back to your site on the pages with high PR.

 

Normally in SEO, back links created from blog comments, forums submission. We can use Ahref tag(Anchor tag) to create the link. so if anybody click on that particular text then it will redirect to our website.

 

Google doesnt give weight age to backlink anymore.
