How to create a Automatic Scrolling Bar - Help Please

    I want to create a automatic scrolling bar that contains several websites and you can click a link to them

    So for example on

    http://simon369.info/

    Where it says More Web Proxies: Internet Cloak Zelune Myspace Proxy Unfilter Me Proxy Directory

    I want to change that so i can show 100 links that scroll across automatically

    If you know anyway to do that

    Also another question

    How do you do it so it grabs information from another file

    So say i have loads of sites and it will grab the details for each one from a file that is located at domain.com/sitelists.whatever

    You'll need to use php to do that. Try asking here, cos I suck at php. :D
