How to create a 160x600 Ad like Google Adsense with Pure CSS?

I like the look of the Yahoo/Google ad, but how to create it in CSS?

Do you mean a brand new code for your own ads service or to modify Adsense code?

this last is not allowed although it can be implemente via php, in fact most forums like this have plugins coded that way.

for your own ads I believe is not possible 100% css without using javascript.

Simple use the lists elements :

</ul>

it will display your texts as menus
