How to creat your own pop up or pop under?

    I am interested in creating my own popunder can someone please help me out or point me in the right direction?

    Just for my proxies I thought I would create my own.

    Theres nothing more annoying that popups or unders... its an excellent method of driving visitors away from your site...

    thats why they include pop up blockers in newer browsers.:D
