how to creat a page like funrocker.com's home page

i want that the home/index page of my joomla installed site be like this site funrocker.com how to do this in joomla???

 

you have to find or choose a template that same with funrocker[dot]com, or you can make its by yourself

 

I would suggest a Rockettheme or Joomlart template.

 

that is a yootheme template - evolution, although it is customized and it looks like they did a lot of work to hide that it's yootheme + joomla.

You can make something nicer looking that that though, I'd use one of the newer yootheme templates
