How To Creat A Comment Form Using Wordpress?

Hi all Friends

I m Having a problem I Going to Setup A Site On Wordpress
I Have Done All the Thing Well
But There Is What i Want

I Want a Comment Form At The End Of My Home Page Like This (In Attatchment)

I m Just Unable To Do That
Can Anybody Will Describe The procedure
I Want Anyone Can Comment Using This Comment Form No restrictions

Those examples look like standard comment forms. If you are looking to have the form encapsulated by a box, just add something like

#commentborder {
border: 1px solid #000000;
}

in your style.css. Then surround your comment form in comments.php with

<div class="commentborder"> </div>
