how to convert more easily html templts to joomla templates

We know that joomla cms is so much secure cms. i feel very much interest about it. But i have to know in how a html templates convert into in a joomla templates?

Step by step tutorials are fine but there is not direct method by which a html site can be converted in to Joomla
