How to convert links to specified domain to nofollow ones

    I have a forum and lately there has been instances where members have been posting link to a rival forum, in some cases those links are justified so I don’t want to remove them, however I certainly don’t want to pass any pr to those links either (i am using phpbb).

    So is there a way through which I can add some thing to the .htaccess file to make links to a particular domain nofollow ones?

    Thanks Kerosene, however I don't to make this applicable for each and every site link that is posted in the forum, that just wouldn't be fair.
