How To Convert Joomla template into Wordpress theme?

    I just wondering is there a method or script or software to convert Joomla template (1.0.x version) into wordpress theme?

    Or is there step by step to do this?

    Anyone who know about this please share ...

    Not that I know of! Joomla/Wordpress are two totally different monsters. If you find one, let me know :)
