Pay pal does not support INR. So i have to convert INR to USD. Is there Any service to convert INR to USD?
You will need a credit card to pay directly to your clients in dollars. Your INR funds from your credit card will get converted to dollar automatically, when you would pay your client through your paypal citing CC as funding option. Regards, RightMan

I am using My bank debit card with paypal for doing this if you have visa/mastercard debit or credit card then you can too

Well , if you need INR withdraw , thnn just withdraw ur money , as paypal will convert it automatically into INR..

You may try using other services like Alertpay which converts INR to USD or even to any amount, i tried this many times, it debits the card with INR and then converts it to USD and pay to the seller. If you want to upload amount from your bank account only way is moneybookers, it is easy or you may use Payoneer type of cards.
i agree with the poster you can try moneybokers or alertpay or other payment processor you can search on google.
