Does anybody have got experience with turning google image traffic to google standard search engine traffic? I have one site which is indexed by Google but only receive traffic from image searches. Zero traffic from standard keyword searches. Do you have some tips for me? Thanks
What do you mean by standard traffic? because as far as i know, when people open image on your website via google image search, they also view your website page on the bottom half.
yeah. That is correct. But because they are using the google image search it means they are mainly looking for graphics. This translates in low pageviews... almost 1:1 with UV's. I want people to use the interesting content on my site rather than only downloading images. Thanks
I will check it out! Thanks for your tip. Update: IT WORKS! hopefully it will result in more pageviews and clicks. Thanks!
Yeah standard traffic is a stupid name. I mean, traffic which comes from google search engine homepage by keywords results. If somebody is interested in frame break to avoid sites loading your in a frame?? Use this simple script in de body of your site to get the google image search opening your site in its own frame. <script language="Javascript"> <!-- if (top.location != self.location) { top.location = self.location.href } //--> </script>
