how to convert database from .htaccess to MySQL

    .htaccess file has nothing to do with your database, I think that the source of your information is a little wrong.

    hmm, i agree that it sounds a little strange, maybe the op is talking about a login mechanism, like http auth and wants to convert it to php/mysql instead
