Recently I came across a website
    www.healthdoc.info
    Code (markup):
where the webmaster has published the articles which i had submitted to the article directories . However the webmaster has removed all the links from the author resources.
When i tried to check the webmaster contact details I could not find any and also the domain is private registered so unable to contact him through that.
Please guide me how do I track the webmaster to request for the link back and if he doesnt how do i take steps to sue him.

How many articles are we talking about here? If it's only a few don't waste your time. If it's a lot (i.e. several hundred), then get a lawyer to file a "cease and desist" order - if the webmaster ignores it their hosting company will shut them down :)

They seems to be hosted with Dreamhost.com. Check http://whois.domaintools.com/healthdoc.info . So, just file a abuse complaint with Dreamhost.

Here is yet another case of plagiarism.
The Site author has not only published our ebook without our permission but also books from various other publications too.

^If he is illegally publishing ebooks from other sites too, try contacting webmasters of other sites too and fight together. That will increase the weightage of each person's claim. But yes, a formal DMCA is also equally potent.

You don't need to identify the website owner, if all you want is the infringing material offline. Just send a DMCA notice to the host, and they will take care of it.

I'm an attorney, and I handle these things regularly. If you need help, let me know.
