    Hi guys
i have been trying to get through to Text Link Ads.com support for the past 1 week .
    1. I have emailed them at Support @ tla, around 4 times ..... with NO response
    2. I have tried catching them on the Live Help which is never online and have filled out the form there
    3. I have directly emailed someone called Brock who replied once out of all these times
    4. i have emailed them at the link on their site

And yet waiting for a reply . I have seen several other people here using TLA affiliate links . can you suggest how to get in touch with them ?

I sent a message to the president of TLA so they know about your problem. They should contact you soon.

I need help too, I've sent 3 emails over the last week and no response. I also emailed them a few times a couple months ago and never got a response then. Kind of rediculous.

    FSM ,
do you think you can help out in any way ? i contacted them once again as response was still , just a we will get back . After which today i got the first technical reply , which was " sorry , we dont support anything that is not included in the list " .
That answer was already in the FAQ ... i dont think i needed to wait for 10 days for that only once again
I will of course be emailing them once again .... but i wish there was some sort of TLA User's forum ;)

I've sent another note to the president to follow-up on this thread again. Support is really good for me. I always get an answer within the hour or next day, never longer than that.

Have him PM me here then. I've got a site I'm trying to remove from the TLA network because I sold it. There is no option, that I could find, for removing the site from their system. I've emailed a total of 6 times over the last 3 months (twice about this) and have never gotten a reply.

I just want to remove the site from their system so the new owner can use TLA on it (which was the basis of the x,xxx sale). It's very akward for me, since it's been a couple weeks and the guy has yet to be able to set it up. Other than that I like their setup.

its not that i am unhappy with them , since i dont have a system they already know ... but they need to understand that they realy need to expand their market to beyond wordpress and vbulletin users .....
