If you find any site selling your product without your permission, or violating the copyright; how to contact the webmaster?

I found some ways to contact the webmaster as follows:

1. Domain whois (People use fake details)
2. Server - (People use fake details)
3. Ad serving network - (It may work some how)

Is there any other way to contact such webmaster? Please share...

Contacting Paypal or the Hosting company - with perfect evidences.

 

instead of contacting the host, contact the server provider, it is usually faster then contacting a host because server providers will seem more urgent to answer to hosts
