How to contact mods to ban a scammer? This guy has *SIX* DP accounts!!!

Hi- I have been a member here since last summer. I have never had any problems with anyone but recently I paid this guy to do a social bookmarking service for me. You can view what happened next at his thread here

He was supposed to bookmark 100 links for me and just even of the ones I checked more than 30 were not done, plus another 30 sites required you to signup. Considering his abysmal track record of the ones I *could* check, it was reasonable to assume he did not do too many of those as well.

Long story short, I asked for a refund and he would not do it after multiple PM's so I posted a bad review on his itrader and thread and initiated a complaint with Paypal. He responded by giving Paypal a fictitious UPS tracking number to the "item" that he had "shipped" - remember this is a service, there is nothing to ship at all so this guy has some balls. He then posted a negative itrader on me not only from his account but then I see now he added negative itraders from MULTIPLE accounts for completely fictitious transactions.

This guy has at least FIVE Digitalpoint accounts and it looks like SIX because he posted a positive review of his service from ANOTHER username right after my negative one on his thread to try to do damage control. I know this sixth account is him as well because it matches the signup date of most of the other dummy accounts (august 2007) and has zero itrader like most of the other accounts + the username is m0neymaker with a "0" replacing the "O" and this guys main account is "m0ney" - little too big of a coincidence dont you think? I would not be suprised if he has even more accounts than this. From my understanding, having more than 1 account is a bannable offense and this guy has at least 6???

Moreover, you can definitely see that the only username he used with any itrader rating is "dailyearner" which is his paypal e-mail address (which I posted in his thread in the letter from paypal) and the username on the bookmarking sites. This guy cant even think up original usernames and it's patently obvious this is all the same guy!

You can see that except for his original one the last 4 are all within a half hour of each other and most of them are 0 itraders having signed up in august 2007. He can provide absolutely no proof of any transaction from me selling him anything whatsoever and this guy is a complete and total scammer but I have never had a problem with anyone here so I dont even know how to contact a moderator to deal with this guy. Can one of the mods look into this for me please? Thanks-
