    That's actually not correct. We are based in the United States. The rules that govern us in this case would be section 230 of the Communication Decency Act. You can find more info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_230_of_the_Communications_Decency_Act

    Specifically if someone is making false claims about you or your company, it's your responsibility to go after the poster of those claims, not our responsibility (we have no idea what is true/not true since we aren't a party that is involved).

    Why are you unable to take action? You do not need to be in the United States to take legal action on someone.

    Sir, please don't send me to rule and regulation page just point out here... in simple if some one post fake one and spam in forum, is he/she have right to do that freely with no restriction ?

    I can't take legal action against him/her without his/her identity he is anonymous for me .. by your point of view sir, i can take action so, please dont send me rules and regulation page just post here.... so, it would be great for all readers they can beat spammers ..

    Yes, if someone (for example) posts something about a company they were involved with, they are free to do that. There is no way for us to know if their account about what happened with a company (good or bad) is 100% accurate. You can't honestly expect companies to verify the truthfulness of any post made by any user. Imagine if you couldn't post anything on Facebook until Facebook staff first did a full investigation about if you really did like a certain toy from a certain company and that you really bought it at a certain place. What you are asking is an impossible task.

    That is what subpoenas solve for you.
