How to Contact Facebook - Believe I was Overcharged for Ad

    Does anybody know what to do when overcharged by Facebook ads? It charged me $500 for just a few minutes between changes. (Changing CPM to CPC)

    I'm just sending emails and getting stock replies. Sometimes somebody knows how to contact them more directly. Thanks.

    they should have a customer service phone number, try to google it
