Ebay has totally screwed me and has not lived up to contacting me in 24-48 hours concerning my issue. I used to run several classifieds ads with them. Then one month I get this nice message allowing me to continually pay without having to go in each month and renew the ad. GREAT! Except I decided to stop running them and canceled all the ads. Ah, but I didn't realize this was set up as a subscription payment in Paypal, so this month comes along and i am charge a few hundred. So I email Ebay through their contact form, then I do it again the next week, and yet again. Still not one response. so basically I paid for three ads and not a one of them is running. What is my recourse?
Sorry to hear that,yes i admit ebay is slow in replying email. I do suggest you to directly phone to them to solve this matter ASAP
if you look around somewhere, ebay has away to do live chat. It is hidden on there website but it is there. I got a response in 10 min.
you would not believe this mess, I send an email to Ebay they say contact Paypal I contact Paypal they say contact Ebay Ebay then tells me I should contact the seller directly "I am like WHAT THE @#$$ do you even read the emails, Ebay is the seller!" OMG I am freaking out on this.
