How to contact CJ when I cannot login to ask a question?

    Hello,

    I want to ask a question straight to Commission Junction. When I click on "Contact Us" and then click under Ask A Question on "Go" then I have to fill in my username and password again. Here I type in my username and password from my Commission Junction account. Then I get the message that the username and password combination is invalid.

    Do I something wrong here?

    I want to contact Commission Junction about this but I don't know how.

    Is there an email address I can use to contact them?

    Hope you can help me because I really don't know what to do now.

    I was greeted with this problem
    The best solution is to sign up a new account and correspondent support group and tell them about your problem and e-mail that you log of your account so they can help you

    Hello alaa seada,

    Thanks for your reply. I tried to change my password and then I coulf login. I explained CJ about my problem. When I closed my account, the next time I couldn't ask a question again, same problem. I get an answer back from CJ that they know about this problem and that they work hard to solve it.

    Hope they solve it quickly.
