Aside from commenting on their content, you can't. However, if it is really that important to you, you could always do a Google search of the domain name and see where the backlinks are coming from to try to clues about the owner. But that would really just be a waste of your time. Content is scraped all the time. You can contact blogger about it and take it up with them if you want. I'm not sure how they handle those sorts of complaints though.

You can certainly flag the blog post - using option that comes from blogspot, apart from commenting on the post. About us section too may get you more info.
    This is sad though...

Report it to blogspot and they should remove it. If that doesn't work you can send a DMCA notice which pretty much guarantees it will get removed.

before doing it all..just contact the owner via comments...
write your contact info and a time period like say 24-48 hours and if no reply comes then report it as said by my other DP friends

Actually, blogger probably won't remove it - their advice is that you should file a DMCA complaint.

"Is a Blogger user copying your content? Please note that Blogger is not in a position to arbitrate issues regarding ownership of content; however, Blogger does comply with the United States Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA). For more information on how to file a DMCA complaint with Blogger, please click here."

Is there a way to contact the blogger direct? I know you cant really do a whois since in most cases they dont have a registered domain. Does anybody have any tips they would be willing to share?

Your battle is really tough to crack. I used to hate this copy pasters but what can you do? Nothing. Scan posts here in DP, check out this autoblogs and whatnot, guess what all of them are rss scrapers. There's nothing you can do to stop this but I'm sure if you have the original content Google will index your site/pages first. Nothing to worry about. Move on.

Read the comment from madga immediately above your post. The way to get your content removed is to file a DMCA complaint with Blogger:

    http://www.google.com/blogger_dmca.html

There's an online form, so it's easy to do.
