How to contact adwords? Image ads are still under pending review.

    Hello,

    I made one text ad and got approved in minutes but my image ads are still in pending review. Even made changes to these so to re-submit for review but it's all same.

    What's the best way to contact adwords? I can't find any contact email or phone number on website.

    Thanks for help in advance :)

    Contact them from Contact us in your adwords login.. You will be redirected on adwords support pages trying to show you some resolution... On the same page, you should see option to email support. Alternatively visit adwords support forums, someone from support team should be able to answer your queries

    Email them a friendly reminder after 5 business days. This usually gets the ball rolling within 24 hours.

    Note that image ads can take longer than text ads to get approved. Also note that Yahoo can sometimes take just as long, if not longer.

    Email them directly on the adwords support email address. Do mention your Adwrods customer Account ID in the subject. I guess the email address is

    Be patient with image Ads. Although I feel contacting them thru the online support form is useless. I never got a response.

    I had a notion that image ads work better but till now I hv been wrong. Text Ads work better and can show up more consistently than image Ads. I think online shoppers have just grown immune to Banner/Image Ads.
