    you can take adsense help support forum if your click genuine or someone clicked your add more times so then will give your account back don't worry about that if fraud click found so u cannot get it back

    Post your question on adsense forum or official blog but when a account is disable its not a chance to restore it i suggest you to make new account with a new email id.

    Google is big evil corporation now and they don't care about little guy like you. Yes, you will be waiting your time by submitting request for reconsideration. I guess Google knows all the tricks that little publishers like you are doing to make more money from Adsense. Even though Sergei and Larry were probably in the same boat 15 years ago trying to game the system and make it to the top. Now they are on top and they make all the calls so once again stop waisting your time with Google.

    Talking with Google team won't going to give your AdSense back to you. AdSense once disabled cannot be re-activated. You may try, but Google will point the reason and will say a big NO.

    My advice to you is to open another AdSense account.
