How to contact a party responsible for the particular IP (spammer)

    I found this f spammer, I am not sure what it does, but it eats traffic, probably some automatic content stealing programme ?

    It made > 55, 000 hits just of one page in one day.

    the IP is from Chezh Republic, but when I use whois look up, it doesnt list their abuse email, anyway to get this idiot pay for what he does ?

    212.158.157.77 is already listed as a spamming IP in http://dsbl.org/listing?212.158.157.77
